My father wore the number 23. I wore it. Now, my daughter wears it too. For us, 23 is more than a number—it’s a bond, a tradition, and a symbol of everything we believe in. Our softball family runs three generations deep, built on a love for the game, fierce competition, and an unwavering commitment to pass it all on.

Alongside my parents at Rico’s Fastpitch, we’re proud to help shape the softball community around us. Whether it’s through coaching, mentorship, or swag that our players and parents wear with pride, we’re here to give back to the sport that’s given us everything.

We wear 23 on our backs to honor where we’ve been and to inspire where we’re going. It represents grit, heart, and hustle—values we live by both on and off the field. Through every pitch, every practice, and every lesson, we’re shaping more than athletes. We’re helping build confident, resilient young women who carry the game forward.
